You have a few days left to  enter in the Mad for Markers Y and YR challenge.  I coloured this image but I am not very happy with it so haven't made it into anything yet.

Yesterday I got a parcel from Krista Smith herself.  The first thing I noticed before sitting on the grass to open my parcel is she has amazing handwriting!  Here is a little look into what I won from Krista.

And here is a close up of her amazing card.
Here are the links to Krista's blog Saturated Canary, Krista's digi shop and Saturated Canary Challenge
Mad for Markers stocks Krista's rubber stamps as well.
So whether you colour like me or your as amazing as Krista we'd love to see your creations over at Mad for Markers .
Thanks

Fancy Yellow

I saw Krista Smith generously offering the digi stamp Fancy, as a freebie on her blog and immediately thought of Leaver's Dinners.  I'm not really sure every state of Australia has these, but in Tasmania when students finish High School (which for us is grade 10) they have a formal leaver's dinner where everyone frocks up.  This dress reminded me of my friend Tennille's dress when we had our leavers dinner.  Although from memory her dress had a black bodice and an emerald green skirt (it was a while ago; November 92 to be exact and yes we are still friends).   That makes me feel a little old so I'll move right along onto my card-

I used these copics on x-press it blending card
(all copics are available from Mad for Markers)
Hair - E08, E09, E19, E31
Skin E000, E00, E11, E93
Clothes/Flowers C5, C7, C9, Y11, Y13, Y15, G24, G28
Yellow Kindy Glitz
Recycled Ribbon is coloured with Y15
Flowers and pearl spray are from Wild Orchid Crafts

Don't forget to enter Mad for Markers November challenge your creation has to include  Y or YR copic markers.
